from senior executives and specialist legal and medical individuals to the general public. Our
interviewers are committed to achieving the best result for our clients and are always briefed to fully

Joe has 30 years experience in obtaining valid and reliable information for clients. Joe specialises in
research design including sampling and questionnaire design.

Brendan Pell, Director of Analytical Services
Brendan directs the Data Processing and Analysis team and manages complex analysis and special
projects. With 30 years experience, Brendan is quality control across all data processing and analysis.

Rebecca McDonald, Director of Field Services
From starting in the industry as an Interviewer then progressing to Supervision, Rebecca was then
selected 15 years ago to be trained under Barbara Parker and Sandra Tutulo in all aspects of Field
Management, Project Control and Quality Standards. Having developed her role in the business
over the last 12 years, Rebecca then took over the role of Director of Field Service when Barbara
retired from the industry in 2014. Rebecca has quoted and executed over 1500 projects.
